We realised the new catalogue of PTFE products. This catalogue is an important instrument for engineering products, thanks to the accurate technical information and includes Rods, Tubes, Sheets, Skived Tapes, Spaghetti Tubing, Thin Wall Tubing,
Unsintered Rods and Saturflon Impregnated Glass Fabrics.

 The New Catalog "Hydraulic & Pneumatic" by ARTIC SEALS

We realised the new catalogue of Artic Seals’ products following the continuous development and completion of the range. This catalogue has been implemented from the technical point of view and the range of products has been integrated by new items as gaskets in PTFE, guide rings in phenolic resin, and back-up rings in NBR and in PTFE.
This important enlargement of products range, has been obtained thanks to the synergies of the Gapi Group in the production of rubber and PTFE.

 Acquisition of the Company ARTIC SEALS by GAPI GROUP

In order to widen the range of industrial seals, GAPI GROUP™ strengthens its market position acquiring ARTIC SEALS™ to complete the Total Sealing Solutions sales policy. This continuous expansion and development will give Gapi Group the opportunity to offer to our Customers the widest possible range of products in the Sealing Solutions.

ARTIC SEALS is specialised in poliurethane seals for hydraulic and pneumatic applications. The long project experience of the technical staff brought Artic Seals to develop polyurethane and thermoplastic materials as well as innovative solutions and tailor-made profiles to satisfy demanding requests of the market, thanks to partnership between supplier and end user.

At the same time, Gapi Group's long experience in the rubber and PTFE field will permit important synergies, compleating the sealing range. Gapi Group will maintain Artic Seals' policy in the future and will be consolidated including all other Gapi's products.

 Oil Seals: FPM range extension

Gapi S.p.A. is glad to inform all our dear customers about the increase of the FPM compound Oil Seals extension as well as our stock for all the NBR sizes already included in our catalogue.
Starting from January 2009 Gapi Group will be able to propose all the customers a wide range of available sizes at the logistic centre and at the different Gapi’s distribution centres.
The investment in this project made by Gapi Group is focused on the logistic service dedicated to our customers. We believe that the range completion of our FPM compound oil seals will give us the possibility
to gain market shares thanks to their high quality and physical-mechanical properties and to approach the global market challenges with better competitiveness in this sector. The Oil Seals produced by Gapi S.p.A and by our associated Rolf S.p.A., have been developed for a wide range of working conditions in order to cover all the industrial applications (see the enclosed application catalogue).
Some details concerning the production capability with the existing tools:


Oil Seals NBR75:

Type – A: 519 available sizes (from 6x13x4,5 up to 175x200x15)
Type – AS: 353 available sizes (from 10x19x7 upt o 170x200x15)

Oil Seals FPM75:

Type – A: 417 available size (from 6x13x4.5 up to 150x180x12)
Type – AS: 283 available sizes (from 10x19x7 up to 170x200x15)

Different sizes also with outside diameter bigger than 200 mm. can be produced upon request: for further information contact our offices.
